Who we are
This site is operated by Neolution Face & Body, a sole trader run by Morven, based at Schooner Close, Isle of Dogs, London, E14 3GG. We are the data controller for any personal data you provide via this website.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit via the contact form (name, email, phone, message).
- Anonymous usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) where you accept analytics cookies.
- Booking-related information shared by phone, WhatsApp or email when you enquire about a treatment.
Lawful basis
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
- Consent - for analytics cookies and any marketing emails (you can withdraw at any time).
- Contract - to respond to enquiries and provide treatments you have booked.
- Legitimate interests - to maintain the safety and security of this website.
- Legal obligation - to keep records as required by UK law (e.g. for tax purposes).
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies. A consent banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose only essential cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and provide treatments, and then for up to six years for accounting purposes where a transaction has occurred. After that, it is securely deleted.
Sharing your data
We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes. Limited sharing may occur with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email) acting as data processors on our behalf under written contracts that meet UK GDPR requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@neolution-face-and-body.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
